ICA was created by ordinary people on the street who decided to put their personal differences aside in order to work together on improving the living conditions of their loved ones.

We put together our vision, mission and strategy which includes the principals by which we operate. ICA has become a well structured organization, and have regular meetings during which we introduce potential team leaders to the team, and vote on their position in the organization. 

The dog wags the tail and the tail does not wag the dog.
