ICA have the following departments:

ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
DUTIES: 
Administrative roles of ICA include the capture and filing of group documents.

AGRICULTURAL COMMITTEE
DUTIES:      
Raise issues and solutions about agricultural developments in S.A, and also raise projects that engage communities in agricultural activities.

ECOMONIC COMMITTEE 
DUTIES:
Raise issues concerning economic development and solutions. They need to raise projects that will free us economically. They will debate strategic issues concerning economic freedom

EDUCATION COMMITTEE:
DUTIES:
Raise questions and answers about education development. They will need to be active in their towns with educational activities.

ELDERS COMMITTEE
DUTIES: 
Our elders in ICA will be tasked in decision making process concerning policies, conferences and the overall national issues. They provide guidance to others department committee leaders. Our elders will be serving as advisers for all department committee leaders within their respective qualifications and knowledge

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
DUTIES:      
Find ways to help ICA to be visible to the public. They will also be responsible in finding ways on recruiting new members of ICA. The group will need to work with every other departments’ committee.

HOUSING COMMITTEE
DUTIES:
Involved with land reform, human settlements and housing for people in South Africa as well as re-settlement of illegal aliens to their own countries.

INTERNATIONAL MEDIA & PUBLICATIONS COMMITTEE
DUTIES:
Make contact with activists, political analysts and organizations worldwide as well as keep their ‘ear on the ground’ as to what is going on in the international political arena. 

LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE
DUTIES:
Overlooking matters relating to labour issues in SA, raise issues and solutions in improving labour relations. The group will need to find ways  to address these issues.

LEGAL COMMITTEE
DUTIES:       
Serve all departments of ICA with legal advice

SAFETY COMMITTEE
DUTIES:      
Serve as the International Commissioner for safety and security of ICA. One of his core functions is to investigate any security bridges within the continent thus any matter u wish to be investigated direct it to him.

SOCIAL WELFARE & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DUTIES:  
Responsible for overlooking issues relating to social development, raise issues and solutions regarding social developments. Their aim is to unite all nations in South Africa within the group, and also to spread the word  worldwide. They will need to find projects that will unify South Africans.
Initiatives or programs piloting the best practice models, specializing with offering identified community beneficiaries with, Capacity Building, Income Generating and Food Security projects. 

STRATEGIC COMMITTEE
DUTIES:  
This group will serve as our spear. They will overlook every department, and they work along with our elders. They will formulate strategies to liberate our land, they will also raise issues and solutions concerning security in our party and SA

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE:
DUTIES:   
Responsible in bringing issues relating youth development to the attention of ICA and work closely with the Social Welfare & Community Development department. The group will need to raise matters and solutions relating to youth development, and also find ways to engage youth on community activities
