Independence Commission Africa (ICA) is registered as an NPO, number 127-964.
ICA was created to meet the special needs of a multi-cultured society where westernized law does not fulfill the needs of the people, and as such, does not furnish corrective justice. The duty of the Independence Commission is to find a new law structure to meet the needs of all cultures simultaneously. Please see our section on law at /law.html
There are different departments in ICA which include Administration, Agriculture, Economic, Education, Elders, Fundraising, Housing, International Media & Publications, Labour Relations, Legal, Safety, Social Welfare & Community Development, Strategy, Treasury and Youth Development. These departments are discussed further on /ica-departments.html
